AI writes the note. A complete SOAP note — with subjective, objective, assessment, and plan sections — is generated from your recording. Vitals, interventions, and care plan details are extracted and organized automatically.

Review and sign. Every note includes confidence scoring so you know exactly what to review. Make edits, sign, and submit.

Offline-first architecture

Home visits happen in places without reliable internet — rural areas, buildings with poor reception, basements. VisitNote AI is built offline-first. Every feature works without an internet connection. Data is stored locally on the device and syncs automatically when you reconnect.

You never lose a note because of a dropped connection.

GPS and time tracking

Every visit is automatically timestamped and geotagged. The app tracks three phases — traveling, on-site, and documenting — so you have a complete record of your time. Mileage between visits is calculated automatically.

Secure messaging

Coordinate with your care team through encrypted, real-time messaging built into the app. No need for separate communication tools that may not be HIPAA compliant.

HIPAA compliant from day one

Patient data is encrypted at rest (AES-256 via SQLCipher), in transit (TLS 1.2+), and in storage (AWS SSE-KMS for audio files). Credentials are stored in platform-native secure storage. A full data wipe occurs on logout or account deletion. BAAs are available for organizations.
