Delete Your Account

Overview

You can permanently delete your VisitNote AI account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is available directly within the app. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your account from within the VisitNote AI app:

  1. Open the VisitNote AI app on your device.
  2. Tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap Settings from the menu.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation prompt, then tap Delete My Account to confirm.

Your account and all associated data will be queued for permanent deletion immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All visit records and documentation (SOAP notes)
  • Patient records and chart details
  • Audio recordings and AI-generated transcriptions
  • Messages and conversation history
  • Scheduling data and visit history
  • Timer and GPS tracking data
  • Subscription and billing records
  • All locally stored data on your device

Data Retention

Upon account deletion, your data is immediately removed from our active systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups are permanently purged within thirty (30) days of the deletion request. After this period, no recoverable copy of your data exists in our systems.

Alternative: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at support@visitnoteai.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within five (5) business days.
